Age 53, he was a 20 year resident of Veteran’s Memorial Park (Vet’s Park neighborhood), passed away Monday, September 13, 2021. Beloved Fiancé of Angelica Gallegos. Proud Father of Gustavo Angel Moreno. Caring Brother of Claudia (Gabriel) Gutierrez, Juan (Maria) Moreno, Faviola (Fabian) Solis, Alfredo Moreno and Maria Guadalupe (Donald) Walker. Dear Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Parents: Pedro and Maria de la Luz Moreno.

A memorial luncheon will be held in honor of Hugo after the interment.
