Age 75, late of South Chicago, IL passed away Friday, April 26, 2019. Beloved husband of Adelina Hernandez. Loving father of Veronica Hernandez, Alfredo Cabrera and Martin Cabrera. Caring grandfather of Sandra Rose Cabrera, Eliana Anaya, Nayeli Anaya, Maricela Cabrera and the late Carina Cabrera. Cherished brother of Raul, Rosa, Dora, Rene, Inez, Emma, Teodoro Jr. and Mari Paz. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents: Teodoro Hernandez and Concepcion Luna and siblings: Sara and Jose Luis “Pepe”. Juan was a former employee of Nabisco and U.S. Steel.
